You are welcome to visit the AlcieMay studio, located in Kelvin Grove, to try on all our designs.

Within Australia, delivery is charged at a set $10 flat rate for orders under $100 and is sent by Express Post with tracking. For orders over $100, postage within Australia is free.

International delivery is charged at a set $20 flat rate.

Items that are shipped outside Australia may be subject to taxes, duties and import charges. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all fees.

All product and shipping costs on the AlcieMay website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Your purchase will be posted the following business day, after receiving your order. It generally takes 1 – 2 business days for shipping, but if you live outside the express post network please allow 1 – 5 business days.

Once shipped you will be emailed a tracking number which can be tracked at www.auspost.com/track.

International Shipping Delivery is sent by Australia Post’s Pack and Track Service. Please allow up to two weeks production time and 5 – 15 business days for shipping. Once shipped you will be emailed a tracking number which can be tracked at www.auspost.com/track.

Please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance.

Yes, you can change your order within 12 hours of placing the order. Email us at orders@alciemay.com with details of your order number and the changes required.

As AlcieMay products are custom made, orders cannot be changed after this 12 hour window.

Please choose carefully, as orders cannot be cancelled.

At AlcieMay, your satisfaction and comfort is our main concern and it is our hope that you love your new product.

If a garment does not fit correctly, we are happy to exchange within seven days of delivery. Please try them on straight away and if you choose to exchange any item, follow this process.

  • Items must be tried on wearing underwear and the hygiene sticker must not be removed.
  • Items must not be washed and must show no signs of wear.
  • All products must be in their original condition with all labels and stickers in place. Otherwise, according to Australian health regulations we cannot accept your return.
  • Email orders@alciemay.com to notify us that you need an exchange.

Goods may be exchanged if received within seven days. Three weeks will be given to international customers. Returned items will be quality checked and an exchange will be arranged. You will receive email notification.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of postage for all exchanges. AlcieMay cannot take responsibility for items lost when being returned. We recommend using a fully trackable service.

All AlcieMay products are made exclusively and with care for you. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please email us straight away at orders@alciemay.com to arrange an exchange or refund.

We understand that it is sometimes difficult to choose a size to order. Therefore, we have included a universal Sizing Chart for your convenience.

AlcieMay accepts online payments through our checkout using Paypal.

We are also happy to accept credit card payments over the phone or by bank transfer.

Yes, AlcieMay does sell gift cards through the online shop. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
